Psychotherapy—often called talk therapy—is a collaborative process between a trained mental health professional and a patient designed to help individuals understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies. At MindRestorative Psychiatry, psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
