    • Checking the SMS consent option on one of our forms (online or paper)
    • Signing up through a website form
  5. How to Opt Out

    You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time:

    • Reply “STOP” to any message you receive. You will receive one final opt-out confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent.
    • Contact us directly at 901-441-9218 and request removal from our SMS list.
    • Decline or leave the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms.

    You can opt back in at any time by replying “START” to a message from the number or by following the opt-in methods in Section 4.
