LaTonya Boothe

LaTonya Boothe, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

She is dedicated to helping clients navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward the life they want to create. Through evidence-based techniques and compassionate support, LaTonya helps individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns.

Clients often describe LaTonya as relatable, open, and engaged—someone who compassionately challenges unhelpful thoughts and patterns while creating a safe and respectful space for healing.
