Dr. Samuel Carli, Medical
Director

Dr. Carli specializes in diagnosing and treating many mental health issues, including opioid addiction. Since graduating from St George's University School of Medicine in 2011 and the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Tucson in 2014, he has been in practice—for over 12 years.

Simonpeter Emokpaire, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Simonpeter, NP, is a Board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since earning his post-graduate nursing degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, he has been in practice for over three years. Both pediatric and adult psychiatry are among his specialties. He treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and childhood mood disorders. He's on the honorary faculty at Northern Kentucky University School of Nursing and Walden University.

Misper Etando, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Misper, NP, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree at Walden University and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialization. Misper has experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and practice settings. In addition to comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, she also offers psychopharmacological management and monitoring for ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and childhood mood disorders.

Chinwe Mbonu, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Chinwe, NP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a specialization in ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, childhood behavioral issues, as well as alcohol and substance use conditions. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She achieved Magna Cum Laude honors for her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. As a licensed psychiatric nurse with eight years of experience, Chinwe provides care to all ages. It's her passion to improve patient well-being, and she's deeply committed to compassionate care.
